"So last night I received a call from Justin asking me if I received everything I needed from the phone call I had left last I think it was 2 weeks ago requesting information on insurance for my new car. Up until last night I had not heard anything from your office so I had previously gone with another insurance company to provide insurance for my new car. I have been previously upset because I have my motorcycle insurance through you guys and I wanted to keep it all the same. Justin asked me if I would like a quote from my new car. He was very friendly kind and explained everything I needed to know about my insurance the quote was almost $200 cheaper than the amoun I was going to pay through other insurance company. I'm so glad that he reached out so glad that I'm still utilizing State farm and it's all because Justin took the initiative to reach out and see if there was anything he could still help me with. I think that $100 gift card is a little low for someone who worked as hard as he did to provide the type of quality Care that needed to be done in order to get my business back with you guys.
